Continental transports human remains to our destination cities in the United States, Europe, Middle East, Mexico, Canada, Central and South America, the Caribbean,
Asia and the mid-Pacific. And, through our partnerships with other airlines, we can
ship virtually anywhere in the world. Wherever the destination, Continental delivers as promised, on time, every time.

The Following Provisions Apply:

• The charge for shipments of cremated human remains for domestic online transportation within the United States is $100, including to and from Honolulu and Anchorage and Puerto Rico.
• We rate infant remains (child younger than two years old and weighing less than 50 lbs. casketed) by the application of 25 percent of the published zone rate but in no case less than $65 per shipment.
• We accept international shipments between the United States and IATA areas
  1, 2, and 3. We charge international shipments from the United States at 150 percent of the 1 kilo rate with a minimum not less than 150 percent of the applicable minimum charge. No further weight breaks will apply.
• We charge all human remains shipments weighing between 500 and 700 lbs. (including container) at 125 percent of the applicable rate. We charge human remains shipments weighing 700 lbs. or more (including container) at 200 percent of the applicable rate.
• We limit the shipment of human remains on Continental Express flights to cremated and infant remains.

Simplified Pricing

Because we charge flat rates within the United States, weighing is not necessary. Our flat rate system also eliminates the guesswork of estimating transportation charges.

Competitive Zone Rates

With our domestic zone rates, you no longer have to estimate transportation charges from origin to destination based on weight.
We conveniently group our U.S. routes by zone. You pay one low, predetermined rate for reserved transportation between any two cities in the same zone or between different zones.

Cremated Remains

In the domestic United States, Continental offers door-to-door service for the transport of cremated remains as QUICKPAK in order to ensure the very highest level of care for this sensitive package.

Minimum Charges:
$100 for U.S. domestic, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico.
Additional charges apply for delivery service.
